INTRODUCTION

Artificial intelligence (AI) has been a revolution for in many domains, and English language teaching is among these. AI instruments have given rise to the growth of such unique solutions that have changed the face of instructional language learning, making it interactive, personalized and more effective. 

In this course students can reproduce discussions and situations as close to real life as possible, twhich enables language learning to be more effective and involving. 



Nevertheless, AI's involvement in the ESL must be based on critical thinking. While AI can be personalized to provide for invaluable learning experiences, its limitations need to be carefully weighed. For example, an AI system might not have the empathy and culture awareness that is necessary to understand the cultural contexts and emotional implications of a language. Furthermore, AI system performance is dependent on the usability of them and the efficacy of the algorithms and the data behind them. So, students can develop critical thinking by doing exercises related to real problems.

In my opinion, AI is capable to show the picture of modern foreign language teaching (in the case of English) with its outstanding features. Although it is capable of playing a vital role in AI, we need to give serious thought to its wise use, bearing in mind all its strengths and weaknesses. My apprehension and optimism are my first thoughts, as I see the power of AI in reshaping our society while also understanding the importance of proper implementation and continual assessment. In my view, the future English language teaching will radically change, provided that, we can efficiently introduce these advanced methods to the teaching environments. This merging, when done appropriately, could trigger really new performance in language instruction. Inch by inch, these tools should not be used without care and ethics, and all stakeholders should have a clear view of the influence of learning tools on their learners.


Curiosity and intrigue
These two words completely describe the feeling of exploring the world of AI and understanding how the technology learns, reasons, and makes decisions.
My perspective is to create intelligent systems and solve complex problems related to teaching with artificial intelligence. Furthermore, AI is a complementary topic that will continue to develop.

In this world of curiosity and intrigue, as novice students of AI we move towards understanding the problems. Let us encourage wonder, encourage questions, and guide ourselves through the labyrinth of AI using our ethics and knowledge.
